Character Location Identification in Images and Videos
_Summary_
This software is designed for real-time character
location identification in both images and
videos.
We have developed this software mainly
for detecting the location of vehicle plates in the images taken
from a fixed camera. This information
is then passed to another software
for reading the plate numbers.
It has very low complexity and needs an advance
information about the approximate size of the plates.

complexity of the software is very low, so the
software can detect character
locations in real-time videos.
